All production materials remain the property of Premium Box Packaging. We may use these materials to showcase our printing quality, including free samples or design displays. We do not sell or transfer these materials to third parties.

Intellectual Property Rights

All website content—including text, graphics, software, data, images, and layouts (collectively, “Content”)—is owned by Premium Box Packaging. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of this Content is prohibited without prior written permission.

Acceptable Use Policy

Users are responsible for any content (text, images, designs, etc.) they upload or share through our site. You must ensure that your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights or contain offensive materials.

We do not verify customer-submitted content, nor are we responsible for any inappropriate or unlawful content. However, we reserve the right to remove any content in violation of our policy or applicable laws. We may disclose content if required by law or to:

Submitting an order signifies that you have the authority to do so and that you are of legal age. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, including guarding your password.

Indemnity and Legal Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold Premium Box Packaging and its affiliates harmless from any claims or losses resulting from your use of our website or services, including:

Premium Box Packaging is not liable for damages or delays arising from your use of our services. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the disputed order.

Replacement and Refund Policy

If your product has printing defects or does not meet approved specifications, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving it. You must also provide photographic evidence of the issue within 7 business days for a free reprint. The issue must be deemed valid by our team.

Payments, Order Processing and Cancellations

• Pricing is listed in USD.
• Production begins after full payment is received.
• Cancellations are allowed within 4 hours of proof approval with a $25 + 5% fee.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge.
• Design services are non-refundable.

Artwork and File Submission

Artwork should be submitted in 300 dpi CMYK format. We are not responsible for printing errors due to incorrect formats. Uploading your artwork confirms that you own the content or have the right to use it. We reserve the right to reject unlawful or infringing materials.

Proof Approval & Color Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully before production. Due to printing limitations, colors may vary slightly. No reprints will be issued for color differences unless a physical proof was ordered (additional cost applies).

Disclaimer on Print Errors

Premium Box Packaging is not responsible for any printing errors caused by customer oversight, including spelling, layout issues, or design flaws visible in the approved proof.

Print Method and Quality

We avoid gang printing for most orders and use the best-suited methods for quality assurance.

Turnaround Time, Shipping & Delivery

Production time starts once payment and artwork are approved. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping details. Orders with address errors may incur additional fees.

Website & Policy Updates

We may update or revise these Terms or any section of our website at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
