All products offered by premiumboxpackaging.com are custom-made to meet the specific requirements of each client. If your order does not match your submitted specifications or if you believe it is defective, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Please contact us via email at [email protected] and include details and images of the issue. Our team will review the case, and if the fault is determined to be on our end, we will reprint your order at no additional cost.
In such cases, you must return the complete order to us within 7 business days at your own expense, including all relevant documents and photographic evidence of the defect. This ensures we can verify the issue and correct it in the reprint.
If the error is found to be due to client oversight (e.g., incorrect file submission or approval), and you still wish to request a refund, you must return the printed job. A refund will be issued after deducting setup and shipping charges.
Note: Chargebacks are not considered an acceptable method of dispute resolution. Please contact our support team first to resolve any issues.
